Which scent should I get?
All of our shampoos and conditioners are made from the same base formula, and are formulated for thinning hair. The only difference across these products is the scent. Our staff favorites are Jasmine & Orange Blossom and Vanilla Cashmere & Oak.
Are they safe for color-treated hair?
Yes! Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner are color-safe and gentle on color-treated hair. About 60% of our customers color treat or chemically treat their hair.
Is the conditioner necessary?
Many of our customers purchase our shampoo alone, because they have fine hair and believe that any conditioner would weigh down their hair. We formulated Routine Wellness Conditioner to be really lightweight so it doesn't weigh down your hair, but you are able to use Routine Wellness Shampoo alone. Please note though, that our clinical studies are based on using both our shampoo and conditioner together.
How long does it take to see results?
While every hair journey is different, most of our customers begin seeing results after 3–4 months of consistent use. Many dermatologists also recommend giving your hair at least six months to experience the benefits of a new hair care regimen, so we encourage you to stay consistent and stick with your Routine!
Is this right for my hair type?

How to Use
Shampoo (1L)
Apply to wet hair and distribute onto the scalp. Massage gently in circular motions to stimulate the scalp and ensure even coverage. Leave on for 60 seconds and then rinse thoroughly.
Conditioner (1L)
After shampooing, apply conditioner through hair, focusing on mid-lengths to ends. Leave on for 2–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For dry hair, leave on up to 3–5 minutes before rinsing.
Pro Tip
We recommend applying conditioner from the mid-shaft to the ends. Your scalp naturally produces oils and doesn’t need conditioning, but if you’ve always conditioned your scalp, you can continue doing what works for you!

Switched After ChemotherapyI used to use Native Shampoo and it did not do anything for the texture of my hair. My natural hair before chemotherapy was thick with a little wave. ChemoSo far I am very satisfied with this shampoo and conditioner as well as the tea tree oil for my care. I am currently battling stage 4 colon cancer. Before I stated Routine Wellness my hair was very brittle and was thinning at an alarming rate. AMAZING!!!! Definitely a must tryI started using Routine shampoo, conditioner and scalp oil about 2 years ago. And I can't be happier with my results. I had very long, thick hair that over time bleaching completely damaged my hair. It was thin, brittle, and tons of breakage to where I had to cut it into a pixie cut. I used routine everyday ( only had enough hair for 1 pump shampoo and 1 pump conditioner). And I used the oil once per week.

A picture is worth a thousand words!First, some background. I'm 67 years old and had recently noticed that my hairline at the forehead was seriously thinning. It was distressing me and I wanted to find a solution. That's when I ran across an Instagram post about the Wellness Routine Shampoo & Conditioner.
As, I'm always skeptical about new products, I did some research. I first looked at the ingredients used in your products. I was pleasantly surprised when I could actually pronounce all of them!
I then looked up any of the ingredients I was not familiar with and researched how and if that ingredient was beneficial for hair growth! Again, each ingredient has some hair boosting and growth attributes! Wow! It was great that there are not many ingredients. That's impressive!
Ok, now you've got my attention! Then I checked the reviews, the before and after photos on several social media platforms! I found that something like 98% of the reviews were positive!
Now, I have to try this product for myself! So I did! I've been using Routine Wellness Shampoo and Conditioner for about 3 months now. All I can say is OMG!!!!

My experience with Routine WellnessRoutine Wellness products are the bomb! I purchased the set of shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair and with just two shampoos I'm already noticing fuller thicker hair that is so silky to the touch. Less shedding and living itI was iffy about buying, gave it a shot and oh fell in love with hardly any shedding. At almost 61, my hair is healthier than it’s been in over 35 years. ❤️In October 2024, I took a chance on a shampoo and conditioner I’d seen recommended on Instagram. Best Shampoo Ever!I have been using routine for about two years. My hair was getting very thin, and had no volume. After the first couple of months, I noticed a ton of baby hairs coming in… The girl who does my hair even noticed it! Over the last two years, my hair has gotten thicker, shiny ear, and stronger, with significantly less shed. I can’t recommend this shampoo and conditioner enough! I have tried the cucumber scent, Rose scent, and the jasmine and wildflowers. All three have had fantastic scent, but my go to is the cucumber! I have to admit, I was skeptical at first… So many products promised, but don’t deliver. But this product actually delivered. After the first use, I noticed that my hair was softer and just felt better in general. But over time, I have definitely seen the growth and the thickness as well as the improvement in strength. Gave up no poo for this to reduce sheddingI was a no poo (no commercial shampoo) gal for about 15 years. I tried clays, apple cider vinegar, etc. None of those really worked and my hair shedding was getting worse. I finally bought this for myself, thin wavy, greasy hair, my son dry curly thick hair and my husband dry straight thick hair; husband and I are in our 60's, son is 26 yrs old. Review on shampoo and conditionerI was always using Routine then stopped when receiving chemo and immunotherapy. I lost a lot of my hair so when I ran out I stopped. Started using products for hair loss due to chemo treatment. I will be on chemo for the rest of my life. My hair has grown sporadically in spots in all different directions. For some reason the whole top of my hair isn’t coming in hardly at all through the top and front of my head. My part and bangs you can see a lot of my scalp. I do wear hair pieces for bangs and covering the top bald areas. My hair also at back crown at top has grown in kinky! I’m totally at a loss. I was just wondering if this will help my hair if I’m on chemo treatments forever.

This product delivers!This really helped my thinning hair and shedding after chemotherapy! Great scent and it really only takes a couple of pumps to wash and condition my shoulder length hair. I highly recommend!

Less Shedding NowI started This about 6 weeks ago. I feel Like maybe I’m starting to lose less hair, but honestly, the jury is still out. I like The smell and it leaves my hair feeling soft. I’m started using due to hair loss from taking GLP1. I also Changed shower heads to a really good filtered one, we have very hard water, so that might be the reason also. I can Do an update in about another month.

Great for hard waterThis product has a lot of great qualities. While I haven’t seen a noticeable change in my hair so far, I’m optimistic, as I haven’t used it for an extended period yet. The shampoo is wonderfully thick and has a lovely coconut and vanilla scent, which makes washing my hair enjoyable. Similarly, the conditioner has a nice fragrance. One positive aspect is that even with the hard water in Doncaster, the shampoo still lathers well. I'm looking forward to seeing how my hair benefits from continued use

A Surprise PlusWell, I have seen a small amount of hair regrowth - wish it was a little more. However, here was the big surprise:
I have suffered with scalp psoriasis for years and was constantly scratching my head and picking (I know I shouldn't have) the stubborn dry flakes. The itching was just awful. Well, I had ordered the Rose Hips shampoo and was using it steadily for maybe 2 months, when I suddenly realized that it had been ages since I had been scratching at my head or picking at anything. Ran to the mirror to look at my head and while some redness still remains, there are no flakes present and it looks so much better now.

Routine is the way to go.Having short and very fine hair, this shampoo is ideal for me.
The water in our area is very hard but I still only need a small amount of shampoo to make my hair shiny and healthier than it has been for a long time.
Definitely recommend this to everyone. -
My hair!i’ve been using it for about four months and my hair was thinning and now it’s growing back stronger and thicker than ever. Also my psoriasis has gotten better and less itchy. No more clumps of hair on my brush!

Try it for scalp psoriasis! It’s brilliant!I don’t think the shampoo and conditioner has yet improved the volume of my hair but it has certainly cured my psoriasis. I have used multiple other shampoos including those specially for dry scalp but nothing has worked until I used these products.
