How to Use

Since I use it so often the scariest part is volume. I can't use a mask that will weigh down my hair. I’ve tried other masks that made my hair feel coated or greasy afterward, but this one just makes it feel soft and moisturized. I can even use it pretty close to my roots without my hair looking flat. It also makes brushing through my hair sooo much easier.
You really don’t need much either. My only complaint is the jar. I wish it came in a squeeze tube because wet hands + scooping product out of a jar is not my favorite. But obviously that hasn’t stopped me from buying it again. The stuff inside is just too good. -

Ms.I bought this because the ends of my hair were starting to feel rough and almost straw like, especially after blow drying. I’ve tried plenty of masks that basically feel like a thicker conditioner, so I wasn’t expecting much. THey usually weigh down my hair a ton and it isn't great. Routine Wellnes Hair mask is different thought. I leave it on while I finish my shower and my hair feels SO soft when I rinse it out. The biggest difference for me is actually the next day though. My ends look smoother, my hair has more shine and I’m not fighting all those little frizzy pieces around my head. It also doesn’t make my fine hair feel heavy or coatedlike other masks I've tried. Bought it in juneBought this mask back in June. First time buyer of RW and I am obsessed!!! I've been using it once or twice a week and it leaves my hair soft, and moisturized. My hair does not get weighed down from it. I am also in love with the scent!
After using it, I noticed that my hair is easier to detangle and looks shinier. The amount in the container lasts a long time because you don't need to use much product.

Love this stuff!!I have been using Routine shampoo and conditioner for a few years now and really like it. My gray hair has become so fine due to no coloring and age, also have always had very dry hair. Most conditioning types of hair products are usually too heavy for my hair and weight it down. There was a special sale for the hydrating hair mask so I decided to give it a try. The first time I used it was a complete game changer! My hair is short, wavy/curly and I have been air drying it the last year. Using this mask makes my hair so soft and fluffy! MrsI bought this mostly because my hair has gotten so dry at the ends that it only looked decent when I blow dried it. The first time I used the mask I actually let my hair air dry just to see what would happen, and that was what sold me. My ends weren't sticking out everywhere and my hair just laid nicer, if that makes sense.
I have pretty fine hair so masks can be a gamble for me because some make it look greasy or weighed down by the next morning, but I didn't have those problems with this mask. I've been using it on Sundays for about a month now and I can defintely tell when I skip it. -
Routine wellnessMy hair is almost completely gray now and the texture has gotten so wiry over the last few years. I bought this mask mostly hoping it would help with the rough feeling around the back of my head where my hair always seems to tangle. Used it twice so far and wow, I can actually run my fingers through that area without fighting with it. Soft and manageableThis is the best hair mask for my frizzy hair. I wash my hair with shampoo and then use this mask instead of conditioner. I comb in through with a wide tooth comb just to make sure it gets distributed evenly and then wash it out. It's been amazing to see how soft and manageable it is. It has made my hair stronger and much less frizzy!

Worth the moneyLove this hair mask. I wanted a deep cleaning mask to use every few washes that could get rid of buildup and hydrate my dry ends and make my hair stronger. This does the trick but it doesn't leave my hair weighed down. Smells great - I got rose hips - and one jar lasts forever. I think I bought mien like 4 months ago, so the price is really good when you look at it like that.

ScentI picked up the Routine Wellness Hair Mask because my hair was feeling incredibly dry and needed some extra moisture. The first thing I noticed was the scent. It wasn't bad at all, just a little stronger than what I usually gravitate toward. I like things that are almost unscented, but I got Coconut & vanilla. It isn't a strong scent, it's probably a mid range, but I like virtually Unscented. It smells great but was a tad too strong for me. Thats why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
As for the results, I was really impressed. The mask spread easily through my hair, wasn't overly thick, and made my hair feel softer and more conditioned. It iddn't leave any residue behind and it dind't weigh down my hair like some super heavy masks can do.
I plan on using it every week to help keep my dry hair hydrated. If you're comfortable with scented hair products, I think this mask is definitely worth trying. -
Been using it since routine created itLove this product! I've been using it for about 18 months or whenver they launche dit. I often color and bleach my hair and this product keeps my hair nice and soft. I leave it in just as the directions say - for about 5-10 minutes after using shampoo and then I mainly applying to the ends of hair. My hair stylist suggested putting this product in my hair at night and washing it in the morning. I tried doing that and was amazed at how soft and glossy my hair looked the next day. Highly recommend!

Wonderful For My HairI’ve been using this hair mask for a few months now - maybe almost a year. I always come back to it when my hair is dry. I use it about once a week as a deep treatment and it makes a HUGE difference in my hair. It gets dry because I use a bunch of tools and color my hair but this mask really works. It leaves my hair soft, shiny, and less frizzy without weighing down my curls.
The texture is rich and creamy and you don't need to use much. It rinses away super clean without feeling sticky or like you have a bunch of residue in your hair. I used ot use a diff mask and it always felt like something was in my hair.
If you want hydrated, clean, not weighed down, stronger hair, this mask is absolutely worth it. -

Wonderful mask!This is a great mask. I started using it it after taking my extensions out. My hair was extremely dry back then and nothing was helping to restore the moisture and hydration to make my hair feel good again. I started using this back in March and my moisture is finally restored, and my hair feels so soft and manageable.
One thing to note: I think it suggests to leave on for like 5 minutes after washing your hair. I tend to leave it on for cloesr to 10 or 15 min. -

I Never Write Reviews But...I never write reviews for companies but htis product deserves it. I’ve been using this hair mask for a while now and it’s one of the few that actually makes a difference for my hair. The second I put it on, I can feel my hair getting smoother and easier to run my fingers through. My ends tend to get dry and tangled, especially with color treated hair, but this leaves everything feeling soft without weighing it down. I mostly focus it on the lower half of my hair and the ends and rinse and then my hair is so much easier to brush. I’ve tried plenty of conditioners before that smelled nice but didn’t really do anything. This one leaves my hair feeling silky, healthier, and way less tangled.

I'm a Routine Girl!I’ve been wanting to try this hair mask so much. I was using the shampoo and conditioner from the brand, and even the supplements. My hair was definitely growting, but sometimes it felt a bit dry.

Use Instead of ConditionerI’m 58 and my hair has gotten so dry over the years, especially around the ends. I started using this mask after I washed my hair with Routine Wellness shampoo and conditioner, and honestly the biggest thing I learned… use it instead of conditioner. Not with it. I tried both at first and wow, way too heavy, my hair just felt flat and kind of greasy by the next day.
Now I just use the mask after I shampoo (and don't use any conditioner) a few times a week and it’s perfect. My hair feels soft but still has lots of body, which I havent had in a long time. The shine is back too, not that fake shiny look, just healthy looking.
You dont need a ton either, a little goes a long way. I leave it on while I finish showering and rinse out, comes out smooth no residue feeling. Smell is nice but not overpowering.

Love itLately my hair just felt… tired. Dry at the ends, kinda dull overall. I’m 57 and have been noticing more thinning too. Tried the RW Hiar Mask and wow… after the first use my hair felt so much softer, almost like it used to years ago. Not heavy or greasy either, which I was worried about. Use it with the shampoo instead of conditionerI honestly can’t shower without this now. I use the Routine Wellness Shampoo in Jasmine & orange Blossom and then this hair mask in Gardenia. I don't use any conditioner.

My hair is soft and no residue or greasy feeling when I use it. The scent stayed most of the day. I would say once a week for me. It does take a bit to rinse it out of your hair depending on how much you apply. Definitely deep conditioning and hair feels nice. Recommend it, give it a try. -
First maskI’ll be honest, this is actually the first hair mask I’ve ever tried so I don’t really have anything to compare it to… which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. But that said, I really do like it. My hair feels noticeably softer after using it, especially on the ends, and it looks a bit smoother when it air dries. It doesn’t weigh my hair down or make it greasy either, which I was worried about. Overall I’m happy with it and will keep using it, just don’t have a “wow best ever” reference point yet.
