   I've been using thes hair pills for close to a year now, although I'll admit I haven't always been great about remembering to take them. I probably missed a week here or there and didn't order htem in time so missed a few days here or there too.
   
   The biggest thing I've learned is that consistency matters. When I take them every single day, my hair sheds less, I see little new hairs coming in around my hairline, and my hair seems to grow longer. It definitely isn't an overnight thing. For me, it takes a good 2 to 3 months before I really start seeing a difference.
   
   I actually stopped taking them for a while and my hair wasn't as good anytmore and I missed the beneift of it. They're a little pricey, but I'd rather spend money on something that's actually helping my hair. Just don't expect miracles from one bottle. Give it time and stick with it!

   I really love these supplements and have noticed my hair feels fuller and healthier since I started taking them. My only complaint is the bottle. I have severe arthritis in my hands and the lid can be really difficult. I wish they would make it a little more arthritis friendly by making it way wider.
   
   Otherwise, I’m very happy with the grwoth and will keep taking them. I just have to empty them out into another bottle ot make it easier for me. 4 stars only because of the packaging.

    I bought these mostly because I started a GLP1 in February and my hair had started looking thinner around my part.     Patience is Key!

    I am 61 and my hair has slowly gotten thinner especially near my part, so I knew this probably wasn't going to be an overnight fix. I mean, the problem didn't happen overnight and th solution def wans't going to happne overnight. But I was consistent with this. Sometime around week 12 (yes i counted), I noticed all these short little hairs sticking up when I pulled my hair back. At first I thought it was breakage but my stylist looked at it and said it appeared to be new growth.     Honest Review After Trying and Then Coming Back to Them

    I keep coming back to these vitamins because I can genuinely tell a difference when I’m taking them consistently. I originally started because my hair was really short and I wanted to get some length back. After a few months I noticed my hair felt thicker, stronger, and was finally getting past my shoulders. I eventually stopped taking them because my hair had gotten to a length I was happy with. About 9 month later I started noticing a lot more thinning and shedding, so I decided to go back to Routine Wellness. Sure enough, after being consistent for a few months, I started noticing the same difference again. Less shedding, my hair felt fuller, and I was finally seeing some length again.
    
    I've tried other hair vitamins in between and personally nothing has worked as well for me. I know everyone's hair is different and I don't think you can expect one bottle to magically change your hair overnight. You really do have to give it time. For me it usually takes a couple months before I start noticing anything significant.
    
    I'm not being paid to write this and I've always bought these with my own money. I just know how hard it is to trust reviews for hair products, especially when so many promise miracles. Routine Wellness is one I genuinely keep coming back to. Be consistent and be patient with it. I definitely recommend the multipack because one month really isn't enough time to judge it.

    Something Finally helped with my GLP 1 shedding

    I started taking Routine after losing a good amount of weight on a GLP 1. The weight loss was great, the amount of hair I was finding in my shower was NOT. It got to the point where I was actually nervous to wash my hair because I knew how much was going to come out. My brush was even worse.
    
    I bought these specifically because of the shedding and I want to be clear that I did not see some crazy overnight difference. The first month I really couldn't tell if anything was happening. Same with most of month two and I almost gave up.
    
    Around the third month though I realized there was way less hair collecting in the shower. Then I started paying attention to my brush and noticed the same thing. I'm a little over 4 months in now and my shedding is pretty much back to what I would consider normal. I also have a bunch of little baby hairs around my hairline that stick straight up which is annoying but also makes me very happy.
    
    I really think consistency is the biggest thing with these. If I had written this review after 30 or 60 days I probably would have said they weren't doing much. Hair takes time. I'm glad I stuck with them because the difference between where I started and now is honestly huge.

    I’m about three months in now and the biggest thing I’ve noticed is all the little new hairs around my hairline. At first I thought it was just frizz lol but they keep getting longer!     I have been on this product for 1.5 years. Within the first 4 months I noticed less hair loss in the shower and my hair brush.     Surprising Results Fast, Complex Issues, Synergy

    In 3 months I will deliver another review but check this out for starters. It's been about a month./6 weeks.
    I originally ordered the shampoo and the supplement under an anonymous email because I was not ready to make a commitment. I was impressed right out of the shoot. After a week taking the supplement my eyelashes were thicker. EYELASHES. That was unexpected and last week I noticed my nails looked better. I do not wear polish, keep them short and they generally look clean and healthy so this was a plus. I now have the supplement on automatic delivery. It is an excellent formula in and of itself for hair, skin and nails.
    
    I have FFA (autoimmune disorder of the scalp) along with a whopping case of folliculitis that behaves more like a staph infection, all of this affecting normal age-related hair loss. I have very fine hair. I have tried a lot of products and home-remedies and 2 dermatologists have no clue so I’m on my own. There is no cure for the FFA. You can only hope for remission, which I go in and out of.
    A month using the shampoo along with 2 other products (one containing tea tree oil and the other 2% zinc pirithione) and I am seeing slight improvement in the scalp and substantial improvement with the thickness of the hair shaft. I sill have the hair loss areas but I am positive about the results going forward. I also use a red light mask on my face and scalp, that can also deliver blue light. So the synergy of all of these products bodes well for the future. (Anecdotal, one of the side effects of the FFA is complete eyebrow loss. My left eyebrow has grown in since I started the supplement and the red light mask. It's gray and white hair but it's back. Watching the right one.)
    
    BTW, as others have mentioned, a little goes a long way on the shampoo. I am not the first one who used too much the first time and had issues rinsing it out! I use Routine every other day.

    I have seen this product advertised many times in fb . I tried so many different things to grow my hair ,as it was thinning alot. Some ok but expensive, so I decided to try Routine. Best decision I made. It works exactly as they say and with the subscription I get a better price and never run out. My next purchase will be the serum. Highly recommend their products!!!

    Review after 3 months of using this

    For months my hair was coming out in what felt like handfuls. Every shower, every time I brushed it, every time I cleaned out my comb… more hair. I know some shedding is normal but this was DIFFERENT. I got so worried I actually started collecting the hair for 2 weeks because I wanted proof to show my doctor. I was tired of hearing “hair loss can be normal.” No. Not like this.
    
    My hair has always been super thick. Like REALLY thick. I’ve never colored it, rarely use heat, I’m very much a wash and go person. People used to compliment my hair all the time. Then all of a sudden it looked dull, limp and thinner. I went from using thick ponytail holders to those tiny ones for fine hair. That part honestly upset me more than I expected.
    
    I kept trying to figure out what was causing it. Hormones? Stress? Something else? I still dont fully know. After going down endless internet rabbit holes I found Routine Wellness and decided to try the Hair Supplement because at that point I felt like I was running out of options.
    
    I didnt expect much at first. I’ve tried enough things over the years to know not to get my hopes up. But within the first month I started noticing small changes. Littlet higns like less hair in my shower trap and I thoguht less on my brush. That alone made me say hey lets keep trying this? you know the feeling when you're like a bit more effort and this may work? That was me here.
    
    Then I noticed my hair felt softer. Healthier. The shine that had disappeared started coming back. I even started seeing little baby hairs around my hairline. My eyebrows looked fuller too and weirdly enough my skin looked better. I just started feeling more like myself again. I'm on month 3 now. I’ve already reordered for month 4 because I’m genuinly happy with what I’ve seen so far. I’m still trying to figure out WHY the shedding started in the first place, but having less hair fall and feeling like my hair is healthier again has taken away so much stress.

    I am 56 and have been dealing with thinning hair for a few years now, mostly around my part and temples. I started the Routine Wellness hair supplement about 2 months ago and the first thing I noticed was less shedding. I could tell on my brush and even in the tub. My hair loss didn't completely stop - I dont think it ever will be down to 0 hairs a day - but this is the next best thing. My hair feels stronger when I brush it and looks thicker too.     I started taking the Routine Wellness Hair Supplement on 11/5/2025. In the past, I experimented iwth other hair supplements but I kept stopping and restarting because nothing worked.
    
    I tried this with a few other changes to my routine, but hten tested htem all by going off of them one by one to see what really worked. Every time I stopped the supplement, I noticed way more hair falling out. Once I started taking it again, the shedding slowed down a lot. That alone made me keep going. Over time my hair has felt stronger, I’m seeing less hair in the drain, and it finally feels like I’m holding onto more of the hair I already have instead of constantly losing it. I’ve also noticed my hair growing a bit faster than it used to, though not overnight or anything unrealistic.
    
    For me, the biggest win is simply not seeing clumps of hair anymore. That has done more for my confidence than anything. If you’re on the fence, I’d say it’s worth trying BUT giving it time because consistency really seems to matter. 😊

    Have been taking religiously for about four months. I can definitely see results in that my ahir is growing faster and feels much much healthier.     I started taking the hair supplement a few months ago after noticing a lot more shedding than usual, especially in the shower. It didn't work right away. I was probably disapponited at teh end of month 1. But now, my hair feels stronger, looks shinier, and I’m finding way less hair on my brush and clothes throughout the day. The best part has been the fullness though. My hair just is thicker overall now especially in my ponytail.
    
    Definitely not one of those products where you wake up with magical results overnight (other reviewers have said that too), but if you stay consistent with it, it really does pay off. I’m happy I decided to try it.

    Didn't expect much

    I didn’t buy this expecting much. I’m 56, hair has been getting thinner esp around the crown and nothing really made a difference before. I've been using this for nearly 4 months now. the biggest thing for me is my part line. it used to look so wide and now it’s not as obvious. still working on it but it’s much better and the line is so much thinner bc of all the new growht. Going to keep this up.

    Great supplement for hair

    I’m 61 and started taking the Routine Wellness hair supplement about 7 months ago after noticing way more hair coming out in the shower… it was honestly stressing me out. I wasnt expecting miracles but figured I’d give it a real try.
    
    Around month 3 I started seeing less shedding, not dramatic overnight, just gradual but noticeable. My brush wasnt filling up like before and that alone felt like a win. Now at 7 months my hair feels thicker at the roots and my part doesnt look as wide.
    
    Big thing… you have to stay consistent. I almost stopped at month 2 bc I thought nothing was happening, glad I didnt. It’s not one of those quick fixes but it builds over time.
    
    Also like that it’s just a couple capsules, I didnt want to be taking a handful of pills every day. I should really say a handful MORE pills everyday :)

    I was in the very begining stages of hair thinning before i started this hair supplemnet and it was honestly breaking my heart. My hair was falling out in clumps and my brush was FULL every single time. Like I had to clean it after each use becuase it was constantly filled with hair. I tried so manuy things to fix this. I bought a biotin supplemnet from amazon and I took it everyday for like 3 months but i didn't get any benefit from it. I tried a microderm roller but it hurt my scalp but i powered through and nothing. I could feel my hair thinning on the top of my head.
