We ship to the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), APOs, and FPOs. We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia.

We ship out all orders within one to two business days.
If your delivery address is within the United States, your package will arrive 3-7 business days after it is shipped. If you purchase expedited shipping, your package will arrive within three business days after it is shipped. Please note orders to Hawaii and Alaska may take slightly longer.

If your delivery address is outside of the United States, your package will arrive 8-10 business days after shipping. Due to customs, we cannot guarantee delivery times internationally.

Yes! We offer expedited shipping within the United States for $15, regardless of the size of your order. This allows for you to receive your package 3 business days after it is shipped. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that if you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, or a US Territory, expedited shipping may take additional time but will be faster than our free shipping method.

Yes! Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner are color-safe. About 60% of our customers color treat or chemically treat their hair.

Shampoo: We recommend that you apply Routine Wellness Shampoo to wet hair and massage into a lather for 60 seconds. After massaging the shampoo into your hair, rinse thoroughly.
Conditioner: After shampooing your hair, massage Routine Wellness Conditioner into your hair. Leave it on for 90 seconds and then rinse thoroughly.
We recommend you use Routine Wellness Conditioner from the mid-shaft of your hair to the ends. Typically, your scalp has natural oils and so the area around the root doesn’t need to be conditioned. That said, if you’ve been conditioning your scalp in the past, you can continue doing that!

Many customers tell us they don’t like to use conditioner because they have fine hair and believe that any conditioner would weigh down their hair. We formulated Routine Wellness Conditioner to be lightweight so it doesn’t weigh down your hair, but many of our customers still use Routine Wellness Shampoo alone. Please note though, that our clinical studies are based on using both our shampoo and conditioner together.

While every hair journey is different, most of our customers begin seeing results after 3–4 months of consistent use. Many dermatologists also recommend giving your hair at least six months to experience the benefits of a new hair care regimen, so we encourage you to stay consistent and stick with your Routine!

Our Classic Scents are available year-round. These customer favorites are staples of Routine Wellness. Our Seasonal Scents, however, change every 3 months. These are only available for one season before they go into the vault, never to return.

We recommend using Routine Wellness Purple Shampoo & Conditioner 1–2 times per week, or as needed to maintain your desired tone. You can alternate with our classic Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner formula between washes to help keep hair strong, healthy, and hydrated.

Our Hair Oil is designed to be used for 5-10 minutes before you wash your hair, and is meant to be washed out of your hair after use.

Yes! Our oil and serum can be used separately for your unique hair goals, or together (and with other Routine Wellness products) for a complete healthy hair routine!

Place 5-10 drops directly on your scalp and work the oil into your hair and scalp gently in a circular motion. Allow the oil to absorb for 5 minutes and then wash your hair as you normally would. For an intensive treatment, place 5-10 drops on your fingertips and work the oil into your hair and scalp. Cover your head with a towel or shower cap overnight and then wash hair as you normally would the next morning.

Shake the bottle first and then fill the dropper. Apply the serum directly onto your scalp, focusing on problem areas. Massage into the scalp on wet or dry hair, but do not rinse. Since the serum is water-based, it won’t weigh your hair down or leave it greasy.

No, you don’t have to follow with Routine Wellness Conditioner after using our hair mask. However, if you prefer to have a softer feel to your hair, or you tend to have coarse hair, you can follow the mask with Routine Wellness Conditioner.

Before using your Leave-In Conditioner for the first time, make sure the sprayer is unlocked. Red showing = Locked. No red showing = Unlocked. Slide the lock until the red indicator is no longer visible to unlock the sprayer.
Before your first use, squeeze the trigger to prime the continuous mist sprayer. It may take a few pumps before the product begins to dispense.
Apply to clean, towel-dried hair, concentrating on the mid-lengths and ends. The continuous spray applicator creates a lightweight, even mist that helps distribute the product effortlessly throughout the hair. We recommend starting with 1–2 sprays, then gently combing through to evenly distribute the product before styling as usual. This helps improve detangling while delivering lightweight hydration, softness, and frizz control.
When you’re finished or traveling, slide the lock back until the red indicator is visible to lock the sprayer and help prevent accidental spraying.
